  • More than 40 university cooperation agreements with Latin-American universities
  • 17 on-going Students-exchange agreements, with a mobility capacity of 50 places
  • 46% of students are from Latin America
  • Every year around 50 IHEAL students get an internship abroad, a dozen goes on a university-exchange programme and around 20 students leave on a field mission (without counting PhD candidates)

The IHEAL CREDA international cooperation policy is structured around two foremost objectives:


 

Development of bilateral international relations with Latin America

The establishment of relations with Latin-American university and institutional partners, is meant to facilitate student mobility, support Latin-American research – most notably in social sciences – , promote and disseminate French research focussed on Latin America

Development of relationships between Europe and Latin America

Through the enhancement of its European scope, the IHEAL-CREDA aims at establishing itself as a European centre of excellence promoting and coordinating international activities in and on Latin America, whist sealing lasting links with European universities and institutions specialised in Latin America.  
The IHEAL-CREDA fundamental goal is to strengthen a Europe-Latin America research and learning space.

•    The IHEAL-CREDA, a primary actor in European Networks on Latin America (CEISAL, REDIAL)
•    The IHEAL-CREDA promoter of a European Master in Latin-American Studies
