The IHEAL-CREDA: a dynamic centre for international exchange and cooperation
 

- More than 50 cooperation agreements with universities and research centres from  more than twelve Latin-American countries for the benefit of student mobility, teaching personnel exchange, joint-diplomas and research projects.

- Specific partnerships with diplomatic missions, French, European and international Institutions and networks
The IHEAL-CREDA actively partners with diplomatic missions in Latin America to foster programmes supporting research, taught programmes and joint-diplomas. The institute is a major actor in European networks on Latin America (CEISAL and REDIAL) and in the French Network  “Institut des Amériques”.

- Scientific advice to media, representatives from the public and private sector in France, as well as in Europe and Latin America
The IHEAL counts with a broad network of correspondents in all Latin-American countries and a solid knowledge progressively built allowing its researchers to provide rigorous, quality advice on current issues. At the same time, the IHEAL is a focal point for experience and knowledge exchanges between Europe and Latin America know.

- Visiting Professorships-Chairs: thanks to four chairs for visiting professors, created with the support of the French ministry of education and research, several foreign professors and researchers specialised in Latin-American human and social sciences, come every year to the IHEAL-CREDA.

- Partnerships to support students access to the professional space
The IHEAL has built a portal specifically devoted to promoting its students’ and alumni access to the professional world. This tool has been developed with the support of and in close cooperation with the public and private sector, in order to fine-tune training and internship offers to the working reality and contribute to student’s employability.

- Pierre-Monbeig Library Partnerships  
Boasting one of the three best European collections on works and articles specialised in Latin America, the Pierre Monbeig Library is associated to the French National Library. Likewise, it participates to several relevant networks (particularly at European level within the REDIAL), as well as to an active policy of publications exchange in cooperation with the IHEAL Publications.  Contact the Pierre Monbeig Library.  If you are a Library, a Documentation centre or an Institution interested in publications exchange, please  contact our Library Staff. - The Council for strategic guidance (COS)
It is a consultative body responsible for identifying IHEAL chief development strategies and areas, to further its international advancement. It is formed by selected personalities coming from the entrepreneurial, academic and institutional milieus (public administration, researchers, cultural and associative sectors).
