A cooperation agreement signed between the IHEAL and a foreign educational institution is an administrative act proving the official framework for cooperation on students and professors exchange related to a research project.

Bilateral relations with Latin America

One of the IHEAL and CREDA main pillars of their international cooperation policy is promoting bilateral relations with Latin America.

The establishment of relations with Latin-American university and institutional partners, is meant to facilitate student mobility, support Latin-American research – most notably in social sciences – , promote and disseminate French research focussed on Latin America
The IHEAL-CREDA fundamental aim is to strengthen a scientific French-Latin-American community.
