With more than 50 years of experience an exceptional location at the very heart of Paris, internationally renowned visiting professors, a varied and rich offer of cultural and university events, the IHEAL is a core centre for intellectual exchange with Larin America.
By directing all its energies to the students’ benefits the IHEAL, in collaboration with the Pierre Monbeig Library and the CREDA - a research “Mixt Unit” of the University Sorbonne Nouvelle-Paris 3 and the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS, "Centre national de la recherche scientifique"), gives students a wide array of excellence courses to choose from.
An important number of visiting professors specialised in studies about Latin-Americans societies, coming from European, North- and South-American universities contribute every year to the quality of IHEAL overall academics.
